📦 Order Processing & Shipping Details

🕒 Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and production before your order ships.
🚚 Shipping Estimates
United States:
Orders ship via USPS or FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 business days.
International:
Delivery typically takes 15–30 business days, depending on your location and the fulfillment center.
⏳ Note: Delays may occur due to weather, customs, peak periods, or other global events. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
❌ Cancellations & Address Changes
Need to make a change?
You can cancel or update your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at The Kralis@gmail.com with the subject line:
"CANCEL MY ORDER" or "UPDATE ADDRESS".
After 24 hours or once shipped, changes cannot be made.
🚪 Delivery Attempts
Most carriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us.
💥 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email syntora@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item.
We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
