    Changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at thekralis@gmail.com.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund as needed.

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.
